If you only have little time to prepare dinner, this recipe is for you. There is no preparation, it is very easy to make and you only have to cook it for 8 minutes maximum. Garlic possess antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal properties allowing it to stand against all infections. Lamb will bring you iron and other nutrients while rosemary is a very good anti-oxidants source.

12 small lamb cops
6 fresh garlic cloves, unskinned

2tbs lemon juice
1tbs rosemary leaves
2tbs olive oil
salt, pepper
Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic cloves for 2 minutes. Add the rosemary and the meat. Cook them for four to eight minutes, depending on your taste. Spoon the lemon juice over and serve immediately.
To drink with: Rose Wine (Cotes de Provence, Pinot Grigio Blush)
To eat with: green beans, roasted tomatoes
