This one is for the meat lovers. This is beef at its best: grilled, simple, tasty and ready in 10 minutes (preparation included). No excuse for not stocking up on iron, proteins and other vitamins. And last but not least no guiltiness as this is a lean meal, ideal for a light dinner.

600g beef fillet
2tbs chopped onions
4tbs pine nuts
4 cherry tomatoes
3tbs olive oil
6tbs balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper
In a non stick frying pan, grill the pine nuts. Place them on the side.
Reduce the balsamic vinegar for 2 minutes in a sauce pan.
Cut
the beef into slices. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and cook the
onions until golden (2minutes). Add the meat. Cook at high temperature
for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a serving dish
and spoon the balsamic vinegar reduction on top. Add the toasted pine
nuts.
Decorate with cherry tomatoes and serve immediately
To drink with: Barolo or Chianti Classico
To eat with: rocket salad with shaved Parmesan
